Description

At Christmas, we treated ourselves to a new Coffee Machine and the reason we settled on the Delonghi Gran Lattissima was the fact that the automatic milk frother was dishwasher safe - but it needed to be placed in the top section of the dishwasher and with the smaller parts (once dismantled) it was not going to stay safely in our dishwasher.

I had never modelled in Fusion 360 before, so this probably is over-engineered and could be better, but for us, it works.

I had tried a couple of filaments, but they always warped - so I settled on ABS and it has been working like a charm.

I was able to model a section of the base to fit each component, I hope it is useful for others.

It is not easy to print in ASA, but it works. As the model is 100% filled with infill material so that water cannot collect anywhere, it is difficult to ensure that it does not warp. On the 2nd attempt it worked and the print was clean. It's a shame that the hose has no space.

Thanks for the feedback, we rinse the straws (for want of a better term) and don't put them in the dishwasher, which is why there was no section for that. I used ASA because it was left over from another project, ABS would also work.
