Chisel Protectors

Overview:

I wanted to design some parametric sleeves for my chisels to protect them and fit snugly rather than relying on other designs that would be too loose or too tight.  I also wanted labels on them.  Unfortunately the ones pictured were printed in some very obviously wet TPU.

I’ve included my Fusion 360 design, so you can create your own custom sleeves using the included parameters.  In order to ensure the label is automatically updated based on your parameter values, you will need the “ParametricText” plug-in:

Printing:

These should be printed in TPU.  No parts require supports if printed in the orientation shown.
