Description
Description
I found a small 5-way DC splitter but couldn’t find a fitting case, so I made one.
The splitter takes a single DC input and distributes it to five DC outputs. The housing is intentionally simple and needs no screws or additional hardware.

Board specs
- Input voltage: 5–48 V DC (up to 56 V only if onboard components are rated ≥63 V)
- Outputs: 5 parallel DC branches (input current = sum of output currents)
- Keywords: One to five 5V-56V splitter voltage divider module
- For 5.5 x 2.1 mm plugs
Dimensions
- Housing: 34 mm x 57 mm x 22 mm
- Lid: 34 mm x 57 mm x 5.8 mm
Assembly
- Slide in the five-output side first, gently.
- Then seat the single-input side.
- Align the two small locking tabs with the board’s screw holes, these snaps secure the board.
- Once the lid is on, the board is held firmly in place.
Printing
- I recommend PETG for a bit more flexibility.
- If you print in PLA, be extra careful on the 5-port side because forcing it can cause cracks.
