Since the first moment that my parents installed a couple of Coolaroo shades the ring for the crank of one of them was broken, so we never used that specific shade, It never occurred to me to design a replacement or buy the part, until this weekend when I took my computer and used the free time to try to solve problems with 3D Printing. It's not a direct copy of the broken piece, It's more of a replacement optimized to be 3D Printed.
