Description

This model is created in a laboratory style.

You can print a complete set, one test tube, or just parts because the model is adaptable (For example, you can only use the top and bottom part). There are models with and without labels (Clean)

The test tube fits comfortably in your pocket.
The model is designed for weekly use, to store pills for morning, noon and evening ingestion.
The tube has a simple thread system.

You can color the letters.

Printed well and super fast. Threads work well. Been using this daily for a couple weeks now and I love it! Nice print :)

I actually absolutely love this design. it’s one of my favorites, and I plan on reprinting it. However, feedback: The text should line up when closed; & the seam should be painted along the back side of the text, not through it. I will label my own, but I suggest another pre-labeled piece ‘Xtra/PRN/OTC’ (probably as a bottom or middle?) — Tbh, I printed one tube for a days worth of meds and PRNs. Great Design!

Thanks for feedback. I added the V2 profile where the alignment of the text is better and the seam is from the back side. Also take into account that the height of the first layer also affects the alignment.

Scaled it a lot in order to fit with at least 3-4 pills per dose and used my country colours. Came out great, thanks! If you could make the text aligned when fully screwed, it would be great! Thanks a lot!

Great design. I looked through every item in the competition and this fit my needs the best. Today I wished I had ibuprofen on hand, a few months ago I needed Benadryl for an allergic reaction, plus I always keep activated charcoal on hand for food poisoning. I plan to have different colors to match the pill color for quickest access of what I need. I would love to also have some shorter tube options as well. Next time I print I will add a small compensation for elephant foot. Thanks!

I think it needs to be upsized slightly, which I’m going to do on my next print of it, but I really like the overall idea.

Seams not aligned, which I think also indicates that the texts would not be aligned if there were text. I printed without text, but can be seen in others' images that there are problem with text alignment. Should be an issue with the rotation of the threads of the screw. Printing all 3 sections of the tube layer by layer results in the "benchy hull line" problem. Shows more severely in some filament than others, but still a problem nonetheless. Some parts of the threads have poor adhesion. Could be difference in performance due to different filaments used, but the threads are pretty steep with a lot of overhang. Probably could be designed to avoid this problem while still maintaining the screwing effect of the container.
