Edit 2024-02-10: I updated the model file and the print profile according to RainX1C feedback. Thank you very much.

This is a battery belt clip for the Apple Vision Pro. It has been modeled with the actual battery size information I got. I did not buy one yet but I will try it at an Apple store soon to see if it fits and take pictures. If you print it before I go there, please give me feedbacks so I can adjust. Print on the side to get the maximum strenght of the belt clip. Unfortunately, support need to be used but I added side opening to save filament and access support more easily.

Thanks for trying but the pack does not fit in any dimension. You go a lot further than I would have, great try! :)

so I tried this as well and agree, not the right dimensions yet. I just did some measurements for you. Using Calipers at its widest the battery pack is 19.2MM deep. It is 68.6MM across and it’s 143.7MM tall. The battery pack is very solid and thick so you may want the inner dimensions of this to have a little bit of space as you’d want to be able to slip this in to your belt clip without any force or friction. happy to guinea pig as you fine tune. thanks for getting this going!

Thank you very much for your feedback and measurements. I updated the raw file and print profile and as recommended, I gave some space to prevent damaging the battery (Gave 0.8mm thickness and 1.4mm width). Let me know if that's enough. Thank you again
