Description

With my housing I would like to relieve not only the connection pieces mechanically, but also immediately pick up a few more features, which I do not like so much. This would be the missing electrical connection and a on / off switch and the not so easy cleaning of the pump interior, respectively the disassembling of the pump.

You can find a full project discription, many pictures, a part list and information in the article on my blog.

Print instructions

Front-Cover
Printing must be done with support. It is best to use the pre sliced gcode files or you can modify the PrusaSlicer project to your own needs.
There are two versions here. The normal version is designed for the use of Ruthex M3 thread inserts, which are closed with caps after insertion. In the "hexnut version", standard nuts are imprinted.
Attention The "hexnut version" requires that the nuts be inserted into the component during printing. For this purpose a color change is configured in the finished gcode files.

Back-Cover
Printing must be done with support. It is best to use the pre sliced gcode files or you can modify the PrusaSlicer project to your own needs.

Top/Front-Clamp
Printing must be done with support. It is best to use the pre sliced gcode files or you can modify the PrusaSlicer project to your own needs.
