Extendable and modular stackable drink dispenser, multiple combinations and configurations in heights, levels, rotations, etc.

Model measures
The model is designed for the 66 mm diameter x 115 mm long can.
You can make other dimensions of other different cans as always modifying the scale in your laminator (see picture for calculation).

Published models:

0 -Compositions in 1 floor: large 45 cm ,medium 38 cm, little 31.5 cm , and new small 25 cm , width always 13 cm , scalable measures to get the size of your cans

1 2 3 - Center --- large, medium, little and new small model, measures 264 mm, 198 mm, 132 mm and 66 mm (note that the difference between them is 1 can or 66 mm).
4 - Inlet --- Model to leave the beverages in the dispenser.

5 - Curve ----- --- Necessary for the beverages to go down from one floor to another.

6 - Exit --- Model for the final exit of the beverages.

7 8 9 - Top cover (3 models) -- optional if you want to make it more beautiful.

10 - Rubber shocks - optional if you want to make them in tpu to improve the grip, they protrude 1 mm from the model and you could make them in TPU (you must make 4 pieces.

11- Hole cover -- to cover the holes between floors.).

12 - Dowels needed to join models (recommended in wood, but you can print them perfectly) . aprox 8 per floor

All models are joined by pins, in case of a big change of scale in the Z axis, (length of the can), you may need to print the pins with the same scale as they remain oval.

Examples of combinations: (in all models it is optional to include the top cover and non-slip feet)
- 1 single floor with center , 1 inlet and 1 outlet capacity up to 7 cans ,
- 2 floors with 2 center, 1 curve, 1 inlet and 1 outlet, capacity up to 12 cans.
- 3 floors with 3 center, 2 curve, 1 entry and 1 exit capacity up to 18 cans.
- 4 floors with 4 center, 3 curved, 1 inlet and 1 outlet capacity up to 24 cans.

Note: All model lengths can be combined for any combination, large (450 mm), medium (385 mm) and small (315 mm).

You can combine more than one configuration in the same stackable, for example to make 4 tiers with 2 configurations of 7 cans, and 1 configuration of 12 cans.

You can combine the models of long centers with the medium or small ones, putting the smaller ones on top of the big ones.

To avoid excessive files, we publish only the left side, in your laminator you must put a symmetry in X axis or Y axis to generate the gcode of the symmetric side.

I hope you like it, and please I need feedback to improve the model.

**I plan to make a chainable extension of 133 mm to place attached to the center model, which will make your dispenser reach 9 cans per floor.
((At the moment I have not foreseen to make the model smaller, but if you see it necessary it could be done anyway, although I recommend to use other of my models, there are even 6 cans only in two floors.))-- for users new model only 4 cans for floor

05-02-2023 23.25 PM– Modified union pin clearance from 6.00 to 6.125 , affects parts CENTER BIG, CENTER MEDIUM, CENTER LITTLE, CURVE, INLET and OUTLET , not significant, the correct models are published.
