Description
Here we have another Corner Clamp this is the MkII Version another model designed from seeing an image of one and thought it would be another interesting model to design and print.
I think it does more or less the same as the 1st version where you can push 45 Degree angles and clamp in place to glue etc.
Same as the MkI model I printed the Screw thread seperate at 100% rectilinear infill for added strength, another interesting model to design.
Hardware needed for this model is 5mm Grub screw to secure the adapter, and a 5mm low profile 15mm approx Allen bolt for screwing the adapter to the screw thread.
No support needed for this model.

I haven't installed the grub screw or allen bolt yet, but the print came out smooth.

Really nice model. printed two on a print plate in matte PLA and they came out really nice. only the small washers should probably be printed using supports, as they had some overhang issues which required some work afterwards to make them fit.
Threads for metal screws were very tight, the large printed threads fit together great however

Hi and thanks for the comments, on the latest model vice I have designed, I have recessed the thread so there is no need for the washer, I found when using a steel grub screw that they are tight, but the metal screw cleans the thread out, it needs to be tight for it to work correctly really, I understand what you are saying though.
