I created this little mount so I could hang the scraper from my Skadis board.   I went through a few iterations to dial in the fit and minimize material.

This print profile introduces optimizations aimed at aesthetic quality, structural strength, and the visual consistency of the finished part, by adjusting parameters that directly impact the final result<h3>Changes Made</h3><ul><li>Reduced Layer Height (0.16 mm → 0.12 mm – High Quality) Lower layer height improves detail definition and reduces the visibility of layer lines, proving particularly useful on curved or visible surfaces</li><li>Manual Seam Placement on the Rear Side The seam was manually moved to the back of the model to avoid visible marks on main surfaces, improving aesthetic appearance without altering the part's geometry</li><li>Top Surface Pattern Set to “Concentric” The concentric pattern ensures a more uniform and visually clean finish on top surfaces, reducing artifacts typical of linear or monotonous patterns</li><li>Increased Infill Density (15% → 20%) The increased infill improves the overall rigidity of the model, making it more suitable for functional use and less prone to bending or deformation</li></ul>

High Quality Print Profile – 0.12mm

Questo profilo di stampa introduce ottimizzazioni funzionali mirate alla qualità finale, all’affidabilità dell’assemblaggio e alla resa estetica del modello.Il profilo è configurato per l’inserimento di magneti da 6×2 mm, con tolleranze e parametri di stampa adeguati a garantire un corretto accoppiamento senza forzature o gioco eccessivo. Le giunture visibili sono state nascoste manualmente tramite l’orientamento e la gestione delle superfici, migliorando l’aspetto complessivo del pezzo una volta assemblato.Sono state inoltre applicate regolazioni ai parametri di stampa con l’obiettivo di aumentare la stabilità del primo strato e la qualità delle superfici esterne:<ul><li>Densità di riempimento ridotta dal 12% al 10%, mantenendo un buon compromesso tra resistenza e consumo di materiale.</li><li>Velocità del layer iniziale ridotta da 50 mm/s a 40 mm/s per migliorare l’adesione al piatto.</li><li>Velocità di riempimento del layer iniziale ridotta da 105 mm/s a 90 mm/s, per una deposizione più uniforme.</li><li>Velocità delle pareti esterne ridotta da 200 mm/s a 170 mm/s, per una migliore qualità superficiale e una riduzione degli artefatti visivi.</li></ul>Il profilo è stato sviluppato prendendo ispirazione dal lavoro di @melansondesign, adattando le impostazioni di stampa alle esigenze specifiche di questo modello e al suo utilizzo previsto.

Visible joints have been manually hidden by orienting and managing surfaces, improving the overall appearance of the assembled part.Adjustments have also been applied to the print parameters with the aim of increasing first layer stability and external surface quality:<ul><li>Infill density reduced from 12% to 10%, maintaining a good balance between strength and material consumption.</li><li>Initial layer speed reduced from 50 mm/s to 40 mm/s to improve bed adhesion.</li><li>Initial layer infill speed reduced from 105 mm/s to 90 mm/s, for more uniform deposition.</li><li>Outer wall speed reduced from 200 mm/s to 170 mm/s, for better surface quality and reduced visual artifacts.</li></ul>This profile was developed taking inspiration from the work of @melansondesign, adapting print settings to the specific needs of this model and its intended use.
