Dumb and dumber....I got the screw position the wrong way around, but I can see how many of us got it wrong. A few important notes about this scraper that should really have been in the model description along with photos showing both sides of the model. A few important points: 1) Leave the blade to one side during the initial stages of the assembly process. The scraper is designed to allow you to put the blade in/swap blades, then you tighten at last step 2) The small plastic wedge and handle are both mated together with the faces that were on the bed. The plastic wedge is installed with the thin part of the wedge pointing back towards the non-blade end of the scraper - see image below. 3) The screws for the scraper come with the printer in the tool kit (at least they did for me) 4) Screw the two screws into/from the blade side that has the two protruding blade locator pegs. (don't install the blade yet for safety) screw them in until they are flush with the other side. 5) Hold the wedge over the flush screws and while applying pressure to the plastic wedge to keep it mated against the handle, slowly screw in the screws. If a gap greater than 0.25-0.5mm appears, back off and check that a piece of plastic is not being ejected from the hole, if it is, scrape it off and repeat step 5 until screws are in but leave about 2mm - i.e. don't screw them all the way in. 6) Place the blade in the handle (the screws heads mate with the metal blade, not the plastic handle) and tighten the screws. Stop when they are almost tight - any further you will strip the plastic threads you are making while screwing the screws in. 7) IMPORTANT: When using the scraper, the blade should be as horizontal to the bed as possible - like in the image below. i.e. the plastic wedge should be on top of the handle and not below it. The goal is to lift the edges a little of the part, not to gouge into the surface of the board. Once the edge of the part has lifted, switch to using the trusty old paint scraper, again have that as flush to the bed as possible, you don't want a steep angle gouging the bed. The wedges only function is to hold the screws, the wedge should not come in contact with your bed. It is not a cantilever to lift your parts. The blades only function is to "release" the edges of your print, not the whole print.

great design. lots of people in comments assembling incorectly. after watching Bambu Labs youtube video I assembled it per the designer. my x1c comes with the scraper blade, screws and magnets in a bag labeled “for scraper”. after putting it together i learned that my x1c isnt magnetic, making the magnets useless.

Great model. Printed on A1. Nice that it comes with a stand that hides the blade. For me the part with the screws didn't sit flush. Probably something not calibrated on my end.

Probeausdruck in Grün, Bambu Logo nicht komplett, Fixierung der Klinge musste neu gedruckt werden, da die Schrauben nicht 100 % passten, eventuell Anfängerfehler.
