Description

Remixed for sturdier materials, mostly CF based: PA6CF, PAHTCF, PET CF. it should fit perfectly with 0.2, 4 walls 100% infill. If not, scale up to 100.5-101% and it will.

Slight changes on the place for top sight screws, dimenions, and on the part which you attach first.

Enjoy!

In which position should it be printed? unfortunately it fails every time as the supports made of PETG CF are too strong and it merges with the model itself.

I printed it like this(pic): That's intresting, I have never had any issues regarding PETG-CF supports. You could try PLA as a support, or tree supports. Also, printed at lower speed usually (slightly) makes supports easier to remove. In addition, try adjusting(i would go step by step if it still fails with +0.1mm) Z distance and add more layers to the part which makes contact with the body. I will publish a PETG-CF print profile in an hour, try that :D (if still fails, adjust some settings)

Hey, thanks for updating the printing profile. I also tried it the way you rotated the model, but the changes you did were necessary I guess. I will print it und give you some feedback once I am done :D

Hey, thanks for the profile :D. Unfortunately, the supports and the model itself kinda merge together (even when I adjust the distance a bit more) I will try drying the filament a bit more with a filament dryer and try again. Also, I am printing with a 0.6 nozzle. Maybe a 0.4 or 0.2 hardened steel will do it.
