Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.04mm with a base layer of 0.2mm

PLA Siddament Black Transmission Distance: 0.2
PLA MAX CC3D Grass Green Transmission Distance: 2.6
PLA META Sunlu Teal Transmission Distance: 5.4
PLA META Sunlu Red Transmission Distance: 4
PLA+ Sunlu Coffee Transmission Distance: 3
PLA Overture Cream Transmission Distance: 8.4
PLA META Sunlu White Transmission Distance: 9.6

Swap Instructions:

Start with Black
At layer #7 (0.44mm) swap to Grass Green
At layer #14 (0.72mm) swap to Teal
At layer #22 (1.04mm) swap to Red
At layer #30 (1.36mm) swap to Coffee
At layer #35 (1.56mm) swap to Cream
At layer #40 (1.76mm) swap to White for the rest.

Your filament settings and mine may differ in TD, so best to adjust yours according to your known TD filaments.

had some rough stuff happening with the black layer due to the low layer height but not sure if that’s just my build plate taking a besting. I added more colors (like 10 or more) at varying layer heights and it came out alright!

that did come out really nice! and yes, printing at 0.04mm means filament calibration needs to be done (I do mvs, flow rate and pressure advance). Since the nozzle is so close to the bed, adjustments need to be made, or there’s a really big risk of over extrusion!
