A super cool and Stylish case with a 3D printed Sliding mechanism. I use it for sunglasses, but it can be used for anything.

I just wish that bottom surface was cleaner.

you could use a different plate that gives a nice smooth and stylish finish!!

Thanks for the comment. What I meant to say was the overhangs, they are a tad on the steep side that causes the underside edges to not be aesthetically pleasing (drooping). Still a really sweet print though!

I'm very confused. My box printed great. The sheet seemed to print too thin and I don't know why. I printed it together using the 5 star by object profile and then printed it by itself using the separate stl file. my box is in two colors because I was running out the orange. Please let me know if you have any advice? Thanks.

Neat print, not the best print quality but it works.

I’m not sure, I printed it a few times and messed with settings and it always seems like the bottom part where it starts curing upwards prints pretty poor. Maybe a chamfer instead of a curved surface. IDK still a pretty nice print though not knocking the design one bit.

This is really cool! My daughter loves using it for her sunglasses. For other looking at this, watch the dimensions and make certain your glasses will fit. Mine don’t, but I have wide glasses. Thanks for the post!

you can Scale it in 1 dimension to make it larger and it will still work just fine :)

Nice model and easy to print. A little nerve wracking to put the cover in the frame but it looks great!

Good, the curve at the base would be better replaced with a bevel for better print quality and I would increase the front window to have more space to insert objects, to do this you could slide the shutter even further inside
