Mini Offroad Jeep – Print-in-Place with TPU Tires
This model is a print-in-place toy car with flexible TPU tires, printed in one piece – no assembly required!
The axles and wheels are movable and directly integrated.
🧩 Features:
- Completely printable in one piece
- Flexible TPU tires for excellent grip and handling
- No support structures needed (support-free)
- Compact and robust – perfect for a desk or as a small gift
⚠️ Important Printing Notes:
If you print the tires directly with TPU on the plate, we strongly recommend applying a release agent to the print bed (e.g., glue stick, Magigoo, or blue tape).
TPU adheres very strongly, and removing the model might otherwise cause the axles to break.
🔧 Spare Parts Available:
Should an axle break during removal from the print bed or during play, a matching spare parts set is now available:
👉 Replacement Axles & Rims – Modular & Robust
The set consists of two horizontally printable axle halves, two rims, and can be easily joined with a piece of filament.
Ideal for repairing or upgrading your Jeep models.
⚠️ Safety Note:
Although the model is printed in one piece, small parts may break off if damaged and could be swallowed.
Not suitable for young children!
Please use only under supervision or use decoratively.
🖨️ Printing Recommendation:
- Material: PLA (body), TPU (tires)
- Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- No support needed
- Print-in-Place – please carefully release the axles after printing
