Description

Quick print of a PTFE clip which goes on the cable chain. Prevents the tube hitting the top glass or ams etc.

Printer 0.2 layer heigh with 3 walls. Suggest printing it with PETG at minimum.

It's designed to be tight fit. I found other designs to have either the PTFE cut out too large and the tube would come out or the lips holding the cable chain to be too small, and it clips off.

To fit it, insert the top first onto the cable chain.

Prints fast and works just fine from PLA.

I works fine as long as you only print with low temperature filaments like PLA and PETG. It can deform if you print ASA for a long periods of time.

It works well enough. I feel like in the "resting" position of the print head the PTFE tube is almost too long and sticks out to the side, this is the only way I could comfortably put it together without increasing the angle and pinching the tube at the extruder area.

You can pull that excess PTFE out the back of the printer.

Printed and fitted perfectly. Only need to use 3, as 1 was already in place when printer arrived.

This print profile provides reliable and robust clips for securing the Bowden tube on the P1P 3D printer. Regrettably, the unavailability of black ASA compelled the use of orange PETG. Despite the color constraint, the PETG material proved to be a resilient alternative, maintaining the clips' functionality and utility, underscoring the adaptability of this profile.
