Description
This is an Official Heatbed Cable Protector for the Bambu Lab A1 3D printer.
To install, follow these easy steps:
- Ensure proper alignment by verifying that the arrows on both halves are directed toward the cable root.
- Securely fasten the two halves until a snug and flush connection is achieved.

Be glad they reacted so fast and addressed it. You cannot expect this to happen with Anycubic or Creality.

Immerhin wurde sofort reagiert und eine Lösung bereitgestellt. Das einzige was ich nicht herausgefunden habe, ist halt, wie man das Teil wieder raus bekommt.

Ich habe es schon versucht und leicht wieder abbekommen wenn man mit dem Fingernagel etwas dazwischendrückt

PETG - High Strength
Printed this in my ugliest brown because bambu going from "It's OK, we'll send you a new bed in 2 weeks, continue using it, just print this." to "STOP IMMEDIATELY WE'RE 3 MONTHS OUT BECAUSE WE DON'T KNOW THE ISSUE!!" Is a pretty shitty situation.
Prints and fits perfectly by the way.

Yeah, BBL support is pretty bad. I had a bed that did not heat (not related to this problem I don't think) and after almost a month of back and forth they finally said they would replace the print and a shipping label was forth coming. Over a week now and not return label and they blame the delay on this problem, WHAT THE H. How does this problem keep them from providing a label to at least get my defective printer returned. While I still believe their printers are the best in the world the only thing it seems their support is good at is delays and blaming the delay on something other than their poor support.
