I don't how this relate to Valentine's day. But I think it would be fun to gives her/him a Thumbs up and appreciate for everything. IDK maybe it's a dumb idea/design? MakerWorld Valentine's Day contest. (3/5)

This design inline with my other Saber design. Takes around 46g to print and 2h6m (from X1C default profile). Two color version takes around 4h to print.

You see Gesture 01 on the name, so there will be gesture 02, 03, and more. Most of the design was done, but waitting for test print verify and possible revisions.

Post work instruction:

Remove connecting 4 connecting rods, and remove brim.

Connect rods was added due to the top part is a bit hard to print and very easy to fail. This design change sinificantly improve the printing success rate.

Design:

It is very similar to the rose saber design, similar interlocking mechanism, but I have tried a lot of small number tweaks to improve the mechanism.

Hand was sculpture according to the proportion and gesture style of my hand. But made a lot of changes to make it easier to print.

Some design issues on older versions.

Anyways, I think it would be a little fun toy.

Printing suggestions:

This is generally a simple print, even with tight tolerance and tall parts. But I have focused on printablility from the design stage.

Brim is necessary. I suggest increasing brim to 15 to 20mm and with 0 gap. Might a bit hard to do the post work but better than fail.

Also suggest using Gyroid infill. Or you can simply use my printing profiles.
