The original by Lloyd Welder had a similar window but the cheap 1" x 1/8" acrylic discs you find on Amazon were too thick and stuck out slightly. I sank the window deeper into the dry box and added an edge chamfer. When you install the disc, it should sit flush to the exterior of the box with a small amount of wiggle room to account for filament variances.
I also included a test print for the window so you can quickly check how your acrylic fits.
Should not need supports but if you want to add them, it'll help the window keep it's shape on less finely tuned printers.
Remember to print two boxes once you confirm that the acrylic fits to your liking, and glue the disc in, even if it fits snugly. You don't want to be cleaning desiccant beads out of your AMS.
