Just a great model. I use it as i want to have my filament loadded in my a1 mini. Added a hole for the square Hygrometer. The Box has a good sealing so the humidity stays nice Low. Maybe a stand would be good for not wall mounted.

All the parts printed great first time, and fit together well. The desiccant box is quite snug, but still went in without damaging anything. I use it for TPU manual feed. Printed in Bambu Basic PLA Gray, Black, and Orange.

I love the Design. And the fact, you even made a Video explaining how to assemble it. Way more effort than many other designs with way worse designs and not nearly the effort. Currently printing - the first part and ordered the additional parts. Will post once the stuff arrives ;)

- What do you think of adding alternative models with another one or two extra "corners" for holding even more desiccant? - Move hygrometer to side that has filament outlet (as for compactness, often filament gets stacked side by side on shelves, for hygrometer to stay in sight, not get covered by other spools) - Add slide in changeable plaque of filament name, and or maybe color (or for color - transparent acrilyc window somewhere). Theoretically also imho placement on front side for such plaque might be beneficial. - Add screw-on cap to outlet port (possibly flush with drybox's body? For this also maybe move outlet more inside body, to not stick out outside drybox's dimensions?)

Adding extra corners changes the design of the product, basically a square box if you add 2 more corners, but yes, I could make a new project. I understand that more desiccant is better, but my experience shows that this dry box has had a humidity level of 15-19% for half a year and that is enough. The humidity in my room is ~45%. I had all kinds of ideas running through my mind when I was designing it. I used Autocad3D and I think it's a pain in the ass to do something in 3D in this environment :D. Unfortunately, other programs are not mastered. I will not make any major changes in this project 😄

what spool thickness is max and diameter?

diameter 210mm thickness ~75mm but it all depends on the hole of the spool center. The dryer was made for Bambulab spools, but can accommodate many different ones such as Kingroon, Geeetech, Jayo, Spectrum and many others
