Solder Stand

Hello! I know you have already seen hundreds and even thousands of soldering iron stands. But I hope that my version will also appeal to you and you won’t pass it by.

I want to say that recently I printed a case for the Wireless Mouse 002 and I was so impressed and inspired by its beautiful design that I came up with an idea to create a soldering iron stand in a similar style.I agree that I have a long way to go before reaching the level of Bambu designers, but I enjoyed creating this stand, and I happily use it.

As an innovation, I added a spring-loaded button that gently presses on the solder, preventing the solder wire from slipping out with every awkward movement.

 

All parts are 3D-printed, and there's no need to purchase anything extra.

 

And also I would like to tell you that I recently started a small store on Etsy.com here will appear instrementy and exclusive projects that will not be in the open access.

Was not sure what the idea was with the 3 screw holes, so i made a base so I could inclose it. Love it. Thank you . Ruvim KUB if you want the stl for the bottem just msg me so I can upload it to you, because im not posting it.

Thank you for your feedback and your time. It was indeed a small mistake. I accidentally downloaded an earlier version of the project where the holes were planned to be used to attach to the wooden base. But later I decided to make a printed base and the holes were removed. I have already reloaded the model and now the most up to date one is there.

Great looking easy print.. only thing is that the friction on the solder wire is a little bit to strong or the whole holder is to light. when I pull on the wire it lifts the holder.. I will pit some weight into the base to prevent this in the future

had some troubles with the bottom piece but I don't really need them

doesnt fit the diameter i have. still a clean print. will reprint my own centre shaft later
