Funny PEW PEW MADAFAKAS Coaster

The coaster has an diameter of 100 mm and a height of 2 mm. It is printed image side down for a better surface finish.

If you have any requests for changes or ideas, just let me know.

Attention!!! I noticed in the other print profiles that weren't mine, that the print order is set incorrectly. It needs to be printed in black first, otherwise it won't print the eyes properly. Please keep this in mind before printing the coaster.

Sehr cool 🙂Wenn du die Druckreihenfolge des Filament änderst. Also das der Drucker zuerst Schwarz druckt und dann die anderen Farben im ersten Layer, werden die Augen noch besser. In meinem Profil ist es so Voreingestellt. Trotzdem Danke für das Bild 🙂

No issues at all. Used PLA+ from Sunlu and normal PLA from Sunlu Maybe it would be more accurate with a 0.2mm Nozzle

Thank you for your feedback. You could also set the line width of the first layer to 0.2 mm in the print settings with a 0.4 mm nozzle. However, this would not eliminate your problem with poor print bed adhesion and may even worsen it. If you want to achieve a better printing result, I would recommend cleaning the Textured PEI printing plate with dishwashing liquid and calibrating the flow value of your black filament. It looks like you have under-extrusion in the first layer, maybe increasing the filament temperature by 10 degrees would also help.

This is a cool design, and the coasters turned out great. I printed the first one (right) with a 0.4mm nozzle and the designer's print profile (which prints black first). The coaster on the left was printed with the designer's profile and a 0.2mm nozzle, but I also painted the small speckles in the letters (the small dots in the letters are part of the design, but I prefer the letters solid). I did not switch to the 0.2mm nozzle intentionally for this print though, my 0.4mm nozzle failed, so I had to switch it out while I wait for a spare 0.4mm. The 0.2mm nozzle does a better job of resolving some of the finer details, but the very small details like the white specks in the body of the cat still do not show up - so I think it's probably best to just use a 0.4mm nozzle and save half the printing time. I used a textured PEI sheet, which seems to be perfect for coasters. I can't seem to find a way to rate this model, so I will improvise: *****

ha ha, sehr lustig. Hab es auf 150% skaliert gedruckt, Komisch war erst nur, dass der untere rechte Abschnitt beim laden schwarz dargestellt wird. Dachte erst das sei ein Fehler in der Datei, aber nach dem slicen ist er dann aber rot wie es sein soll.
