It printed well but there was a bit of filament falling in the bottom hole. I cleaned it with a snip. The threading is perfect and the PC4s screw inside neatly. Though, when I ran a filament through it manually, it often got stuck and I had to wiggle to make it go on the other side. I don't feel confident that it will be ok to have this with the AMS and that it will work when changing filament.
I have used PC4-M6 in my print but, as stated in my rating, I don't think I'll use this splitter. I don't know if the choice of using M6 is related to my issue or not.
Printed just fine, BUT, the part needs some work. After using a countersink bit to chamfer the center hole, it does work better? The file should have a 45-60 deg. chamfer from the bottom of the threads down towards the center filament hole! Then it would work WAY better, because I could ONLY chamfer so much with a Bit before exposing the "infill" !! I would Definitely reprint AND use if the file was repaired!
