The King Arthur statue is located at Tintagel Castle, Cornwall, England. Tintagel is widely associated with the legend of King Arthur and is traditionally considered the place of his birth.
Unveiled in 2019, the statue was designed by sculptor Rubén Pater and is 2.5 meters tall. It symbolizes the mythical figure of the king who, according to legend, unified the tribes of Great Britain.
Tintagel Castle, in addition to its historical importance as a medieval fortress, has great cultural value for its connection with the Arthurian legends. Its location was chosen precisely to emphasize the connection with the myths and stories of Arthur and his knights, making it a destination of great interest for tourists and scholars of Celtic mythology
Print:
The model, as already mentioned in the note, wants to be an artistic reproduction according to my style of the original monument.
The print requires a small requirement as always, possibly smooth plate for a very clean one.
The removal of the supports is simple, despite the particular shape, I managed to contain the supports even if I strengthened them for printing safety so that they would not break as they grew in height.
To remove the supports, equip yourself with wire cutters and start to cut the thick branches, doing so will make the removal simple and the supports will come off the model easily and cleanly (see attached photo).
Don't rush, the supports as with all particular models, are essential parts for a successful model.
The final model will be clean, I had to perform several prints and changes to the model to obtain a satisfactory result that is within everyone's reach.
