Adaptation of a power bank PCB from Aliexpress with all major qc protocols and cell balancing.
Holes are almost necessary. Heat output is around 10w in the worst case scenario.
PETG or ABS/PC recommended. PCB reaches up to 70°C.
Screws are M3x10.
Doesn't use threaded inserts, since it's a one-time assembly.
Printing recommendations:
In this case I used supports for all the internal surfaces, printing on the bottom side.
Just search "100w pd power bank module" on AliExpress. There are dozens of them.
