Description
3D-Printed Syringe Dispenser Gun – Modular & Precision Dosing Tool
🚀 Precision Meets Modularity – This 3D-printed syringe dispenser gun lets you accurately dose adhesives, silicones, or pastes (up to 20ml) with a smooth ratchet mechanism. Perfect for makers, lab work, or 3D printing applications!
For reliable operation, the internal mechanical parts must be printed in CF material (minimum PLA-CF). Otherwise, the teeth will shear off and the mechanism will fail!
Update: I have added two new folders containing files for the Handle Grip, designed for use with nuts and/or self-tapping screws.
🔧 Key Features:
✔ Modular Design – Works with standard 20ml syringes
✔ Adjustable Dosing – Ratchet-driven plunger for precise control
✔ Ergonomic Grip – Comfortable handling
✔ Easy Assembly – Minimal supports needed
🛠 Applications:
- Gluing & bonding in workshops
- Applying silicone seals or lubricants
- Bioprinting & lab experiments
- DIY electronics (potting, paints)
📦 Includes:
- STEP files for all parts
- Step-by-step assembly guide
Note: This is a V1 version. I’ve been using my own copy for a while now, and so far it’s been working flawlessly. If other users encounter any initial teething issues, I’ll address and fix them as quickly as possible once reported. Your feedback will help me improve the design!
