A useful tool that aids your 3d printing experience, helping remove stubborn bits of brim or skirt from your print bed, as well as prints that don't come off right away with a flex of the bed.
Most printed bed scraper designs don't have replaceable blades so when you end up destroying one you have to reprint the entire thing. You will need x2 m3x5 or m3x6 screws to fit the blade unless you go with the non replaceable blade version for some reason. Button head screws are ideal but cap heads will work also.
ades print side up so you get a cleaner sharper edge without the stair stepping from the layers.
Print the scraper with 3 or 4 walls and 15% infill for rigidity and print the blades at your lowest layer height to get the sharpest edge. The blades should also ideally be printed from pla for stiffness.
The regular handles have blind holes for the hexagons and the type 2 handles have the hexagons be holes all the way through. Take your pick!
Note: the blades should be installed print bed side up with the chamfer on the bottom, it may seem counterintuitive but it gives the scraper a sharper edge that way.
