The 12v port on my truck only allows Juul e-cigarettes to be charged in a sideways position, so they tend to fall off the charger and wind up somewhere below one of the seats, so I designed this gusset.  The charger slides into the large opening, and the Juul goes in the smaller opening.  I've been using mine for about a month now without any more issues.
