Most of the current 1kg spools delivered by German brand Redline Filament have a width of 80mm and can not be used with the AMS Lite.

This simple but practical adapter allows the usage of these cardboard spools. Please note that the adapters is designed as a pressfit so the filament can be pulled back reliably during unloading.

The print settings of my profile are chosen for a best tradeoff of stability and speed. The random seem is intentional to increase the grip between the the spool/AMS claws and the adapter itself.

You can use simple PLA for this print, I successfully tested it with the following filaments:

Sunlu/Yourdroid PLA+

Bambu Lab PLA Basic

Bambu Lab PLA Matte

Bavaria Filaments PLA

Geeetech PLA

Redline PLA

Der Großteil der aktuell verkauften 1-kg-Spulen von Redline Filament haben eine Breite von 80 mm und können daher nicht mit dem AMS Lite verwendet werden.

Dieser einfache, aber praktische Adapter ermöglicht die Verwendung dieser 80mm-Kartonspulen. Anmerkung: Der Adapter ist von den Dimensionen als als Presspassung ausgelegt, damit das Filament beim Entladen zuverlässig zurückgezogen werden kann.

Die Druckeinstellungen meines Profils sind auf einen optimalen Kompromiss zwischen Stabilität und Geschwindigkeit ausgerichtet. Die zufällige Naht ist beabsichtigt, um die Haftung zwischen den Spulen/AMS-Klauen und dem Adapter selbst zu erhöhen.

Zum Druck reicht einfaches PLA. Ich habe den Druck des Adapters erfolgreich mit den folgenden Filamenten getestet:
