Great print, was very tight to fit the lid on, had to trim the top inside ledge to make them snap together. Great work!

Lid did not snap on properly, had to trim the ledge on the box around the heart area

Hi. You're not supposed to. I've printed 6 or 7 times and it's always been fine. You don't even have to clean anything.
I used Kexcelled PLA and 3gts.
Could it be the filament you used?

All other prints (lightboxes, etc) have went together perfect so I'm not sure.
