These are some internal and external flares that I created for a subwoofer project that I am building.

They suit 111mm OD pipe (105mm ID, 3mm wall).

The external flare is semi rebated into the cabinet and the internal flare goes on the other end of the port.

The “Port Plug” is to inset into the port if you are painting the cabinet with a textured paint to prevent the texture finish from hindering the seal of the flare to the cabinet, and also helps as a quick and easy prototype or template to make sure you router the timber out correctly so that the ports will fit properly.

I printed them out of PLA+ using the variable layer height function to make the curves as smooth as possible.
