Description

Even if my physiotherapist said it's cool, it's not a certified medical device, but it worked for me. It's a light splinter that I designed for a jammed finger in order to avoid hitting stuff and feeling pain.

It printed really fast, just 8 minutes, and then I heated it with the hair dryer while positioning it around my finger so that it fits ergonomically.

It came out very light, comfortable and useful. Taped around the joint, like in the photos, it stays in place, prevents the finger from being hit and yet I can click the right mouse button as it leaves my fingertip free.

The splint is modeled on the middle finger of a normal weight adult woman. Feel free to scale it up or down according to your needs.

Should have made it a little thicker, hopefully she doesn't mandoline her finger again.
