This is a remixed version of the Boxes from Filament Sample Card originally created by @fenglyu.
- I’ve expanded the design to accommodate 79 slots specifically for @fenglyu’s short sample cards.
- The base size has been adjusted slightly by 0.5% to ensure a snug fit for the cover.
The main print profile includes both the base and the cover, which can be printed using PLA.
Additionally, I’ve included an optional print profile for a fully transparent cover, optimized for Bambu PETG Translucent.
This design can be printed directly from the Bambu Handy App without any modifications required.
Please note that it is essential to dry your filament prior to printing, especially the Translucent PETG, to avoid stringing.
I didn’t experience any warping with the Bambu Smooth PEI Plate, but if you do, adding an outer brim would be a good solution.
