Show original

Layer height 0.1, first layer 0.1, 100% infill printing

The label area size is 30mm*40mm, with 2mm rounded corners

The original file contains an F3D file, which can be further created using Fusion360

The color card itself needs to use 0.1 height, at least to ensure that the first layer is 0.1 height, 100% filled, the storage box has no high printing configuration requirements, the default can be used, the lid is recommended to use transparent PETG material printing

To accommodate gridfinity, a shorter version has been added that includes a gridfinity module with a slot for a 4x2mm magnet in the bottom, which can be removed if the module is not needed

0.1mm layer, 0.1mm first layer, 100% infill

The label area size is 30mm*40mm with 2mm rounded corners

Click the Raw Model Files button to download the F3D file, Edit with Fusion360

I made some holders for the small sample cards to stick to your AMS or storage container: https://makerworld.com/en/models/525564

I love these filament sample cards. All the others on here seem to be too big or try to do too much. These are perfect for giving a color sample at different transparency levels, and just the right size slot for my labels. I'm using https://3dfilamentprofiles.com/ for the QR codes as a reference site

Hi, I recreated the Label first myself on my P-Touch App. and was searching what will be in the QR Code. I found then yours. I will also refer to https://3dfilamentprofiles.com/ since you can directly download the label. Thanks for the info.

I made a nice looking transparent lid profile, try it out if you got transparent PETG :) https://makerworld.com/models/70155#profileId-230947

Short version printed well with California PETG Matte Red. .1 and .2 are so close that it almost looks like there is no difference.

Understood, especially since your model description says "0.1mm layer,0.1mm first layer,100% infill". I printed with designer's profile in Bambu Handy, so I'm not sure what happened that would cause the print to not have 0.1mm layers. I think the issue is that the object doesn't have an "initial layer height" setting, while global setting does.

Hi, I'm not the designer, but I check the designer's profile for you on Bambu Studio and it is totally fine, Maybe Bambu Handy mess it up. I Notices the global setting is 0.2 layer height, and the card itself has some seriously overrides, for example, layer height and first layer is set to 0.1, and I found an option can be easily ignored, it's called bottom shell layers (in Strength Tab), it's must be set to 1 layer too. Maybe you should double check those settings :)

These printed great and are super convenient to have. I picked up a new M110 on Amazon (currently on sale) to print the labels.

If you select 'By object' you can print multiple different samples at once! I've got my X1C making them 8 per sheet. Just make sure each one is using the same material type. Do them in sets. https://makerworld.com/en/models/775674

I love these! I copied another review and added .5mm text to give information about my filament.

Worked wonderfully. I used the phememo 221 with the 40mmx30mm tags for the labels. This is the "short" infinity version. I suspect I will now have a new hobby cataloging filament. Thanks for the great design and idea.
