Description
I recreated these with a little thicker top to increase rigidity on the multiple connectors.
I have included the STEP files in case you would like to make your own modifications.
- Single Connector
- Single Connector for drywall screw mounting
- Single Connector for 10mm magnet
- Single Connector for 15mm magnet
- Double Connector
- Double Connector for drywall screw mounting
- Double Connector for 10mm magnet
- Double Connector for 15mm magnet
- Triple Connector
- Triple Connector for drywall screw mounting
- Quad Connector
- Quad Connector for drywall screw mounting (orientation #1)
- Quad Connector for drywall screw mounting (orientation #2)
I also included a plate with rotated orientation for the following:
- Single Connector
- Double Connector
- Triple Connector
- Quad Connector

The pieces don't seem to be connected properly in the drawing. Rather than be fused together in 1 piece, It's like they are sectioned off and just pushed together which makes them snap VERY easily after printing.

Are you using a 0.4 nozzle? I printed on 0.2mm layers and 25% infill. I use them all the time and they work fine.

I am using a 0.4 nozzle, but regardless, 0.2 or not the pieces aren't merged together as one like they need to be. Some of them will work, but the middle will be a point of failure in every one.

What material are you printing with? I ran two sets in PLA yesterday and had no issue. I am using Bambu P1S. It also appears you are trying to use support. I do not use support on the pieces with the open hex. On the others, I only support the area inside the circle. If you use support in the main geometry, it will make a mess and be hard to remove everything. See the two pics I included.

I am using Bambu glow in the dark PLA on a p1s. I might try and print one of these in something else and give you feedback.
