This is a remix of the Creality K1 MAX Side Mounted Spool Holder with an added PTFE guide at the top. It uses a PC4-M10 pneumatic fitting to hold the stock PTFE tube in place. The fitting just screws right into the plastic.

It still requires one M3*12 and one M3*14 screw to mount it to the side panel (I used two M3*12 screws as I did not have a *14), and two 608 bearings.

Note: I shortened the arm with the PTFE guide by 20mm compared to the pictures to save some material (so the fitting is now further down), but it should still work just as well.

Update 20/12/2023: Added a second file with a support rib for extra rigidity at the 90-degree angle. This is to help with the holder bending when pulling out the filament.
