Description

Well, I wanted to take out my old Burton board for a spin, but I only have NOW bindings at the moment. NOW does not sell a mounting plate for their bindings that match the old Burton 3D hole pattern.

So I created one.

I have Printed this one in PETG and in ABS, and both seem solid. BUT I have not yet had a chance to test them out in extreme conditions, and extreme under max stress.

This version allows for adjustment back and fourth, just like the original Burton plates did, but I will create “Single hole” versions which will make the plate stronger.

A bit of support is needed on under the holes, but other than that it is a simple print.

I haven't done any scientific testing ... but I have not been able to break the ones I have printed, I have printed in both PETG and ABS. They are NOT as strong as originals .. and I have not done any Really extreme testing.. just wanted to ride my old boards 🙂
