Die Box soll in erster Linie die Sunlu Spule schwerer machen damit diese im AMS besser läuft und zweitens hat man deutlich mehr Silicat im AMS.

Auf diese Weise zeigt ein Hydrometer im AMS nun richtige Werte an weil das Hydrometer nicht direkt am Silicat sitzt.

Die Box ist leicht konisch so das sie nur von einer seite in die Spule passt und dann perfekt sitzt. Der Deckel hat 3 kleine Nasen die in eine umlaufende Nut am Behälter einrasten.

Das ganze hält richtig gut und ist einfach zu öffnen. Ob das ganze Sinn macht kann ja jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Gedruckt habe ich das mit Sunlu PETG und 0,2mm und ohne Stützen

Ich habe extra Optimierte Slicer Settings als 3mf Datei für den Bambu Slicer dazugepackt

The box is primarily intended to make the Sunlu coil heavier so that it runs better in the AMS and secondly there is significantly more silicate in the AMS.

In this way, a hydrometer in the AMS now shows correct values because the hydrometer is not located directly on the silicate.

The box is slightly conical so that it only fits into the spool from one side and then sits perfectly. The lid has 3 small lugs that snap into a circumferential groove on the container.

The whole thing holds really well and is easy to open. Everyone can decide for themselves whether this all makes sense.
