This is a simple design of a cable box holder to be used with the Ethereal Helios surround sound speaker mounts and a Evolution Digital DMS2004UHD HD Set Top Box.

We use these mounts in the hospital and a zip tie to hold the box in place. I designed this replacement holder to get rid of the ugly zip tie system and use this drop in system. simply loosen the allen key and remove the OE speaker mount and put this box in its place.
