GIBSON 3DG
Print Profile(1)

Description
Short Description:
This Guitar model, is inspired from the iconic GIBSON SG Standard Guitar. It is not a replica but it has similar body structure. The model has been created and tested, and am very happy that I have the chance to share it with you in this music challenge.
To Replicate the project:
You can find attached a detailed report that also includes assembly instruction to replicate the model. The report document name is: GIBSON 3DG ASSEMBLY MANUAL. In the report you can find more information about my design and the design process as well as the manufacturing and assembling procedure to help recreate the model.
Important Note:
When you assemble the guitar and finish tuning it, make sure that the sound produced from an open string with the sound produced while pressing down on the 12th fret are the exact same note. If you notice that this is not true you will need to intonate the guitar by adjusting the screws on the back of the guitar bridge. There are more detailed information and pictures that demonstrates this process in the Harley Benton Guitar Kit Manual. Regardless though since this is an important step during the first tuning process, it must be addressed.
Note: All electrical equipment, including the neck used for this project are from the existing guitar kit Harley Benton Electric Guitar Kit CST-24 and can be purchased using the following link below. Also you can find attached its instructions manual that will also be required during the assembly process.
