Description

Do NOT adjust the thickness (Z) in your slicer!! The layers will not come out right. You CAN adjust the other dimensions (X,Y) though to make it bigger or smaller, just not the thickness.

These were my settings and colors for my print that you see in the picture. Your results may vary depending on the filament you use and if you have your own HueForge profile saved with different settings.

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Nozzle: 0.4

Filaments Used:
PLA Hatchbox True Black Transmission Distance: 0.4
PLA Sunlu Gold Transmission Distance: 5
PLA PolyLite Aqua Blue Transmission Distance: 2.5
PLA Sunlu White Transmission Distance: 5

Swap Instructions:
Start with True Black
At layer #28 (2.32mm) swap to Gold
At layer #31 (2.56mm) swap to Aqua Blue
At layer #32 (2.64mm) swap to White for the rest.

Really like the print. Reminds me of my Peace Lily. So put it on the printer last night, but all I had on hand was 'Silk' gold. Knew from experience that you just can't layer on silk, last layer maybe. I was right, will be ordering non-silk gold soon and give it another go. Good work, great pic.

Thank you! Silk is tricky to work with. I tried it once and I liked the effect but it does change the finished product for sure. Your print turned out really pretty though! Keep HueForging!

Thank you for the feedback! They are thick but I found at this thickness they’re more durable and less flimsy feeling. ☺️

Hi! Thank you for your interest, currently I am not giving away my images though. You can always insert your own filament colors at the layers in the description (or if you’re feeling adventurous a layer above or below) and see how it turns out. :)
