The original Powerflex phone holder is not suitable for holding phones in thick cases like mine.
This modification utilizes the back of the original Powerflex holder (Opel part number 13471402) and adds a new front.
The front is printed from ABS and consists of two parts for easier printing, without the need for supports.
The two parts are connected using three M2x10mm screws. The Powerflex back is connected to the new parts using the original Powerflex screws.
A round part is mounted on the back of the antenna, acting as a separator and keeping the gearwheel (part of the Powerflex back) in place.
Inside, there is an inductive charging module from IKEA LIVBOJ and an on/off slide switch to enable/disable the induction charging function. No glue needed to keep it in place.
For wiring and internal look, you can refer to the description and photos of the older variant (with a cheap Chinese charging module) at this link: https://makerworld.com/nl/models/81315
