If you are a 3D printing enthusiast and are looking for a useful accessory for your workbench, this bench vice designed to be printed with FDM technology represents a practical and efficient solution. 😃

Design and Materials 🎨

The design of the vice has been studied to guarantee an excellent combination of robustness and ease of printing. 

The parts are designed to be printable without supports and with minimal waste of material.

We recommend the use of PLA+ or PETG for greater mechanical resistance, although for more demanding applications NYLON may be a better choice. 💪

Assembly and Operation 🔧

The screw system allows for precise adjustment of the grip, allowing you to clamp objects of various sizes without compromising stability. 🔄

Performance and Use ⚙️

Despite being made of plastic, the vice offers a surprisingly effective grip for precision work such as welding, filing or assembling small components. 

Of course, it is not suitable for applications that require extreme pressure, such as heavy metal working, but for home or hobby use it is more than adequate. 🏠

This 3D printable bench vise is an extremely useful accessory for anyone who wants to expand the functionality of their workspace without having to buy expensive equipment.

I know how frustrating it can be to encounter difficulties during a 3D print, and I always appreciate constructive criticism or suggestions for improving my models. 🙏

However, I kindly ask you to always ensure your printer is properly calibrated, specifically:

⚙️ Correctly set extrusion flow

🧲 If you have adhesion issues, try using a brim or a gripper

💡 Important note: Any print failures are not due to the model or print profile.

All files are thoroughly tested before publication, and I always share the print profile I used for the published results.
