Description

When I first got my P1S, I was painstakingly calibrating each and every filament I had, some of which years old. I ended up with loads of calibration chips that did not serve much of a purpose, but they felt a little too wasteful to just throw away.

With this problem in mind, I made this calibration chip holder to hold your flow rate calibration chips and display them as a reminder of which filaments you have calibrated/stored, and as a handy colour matching tool. Each standalone block holds 5 chips, and an included base combines two blocks to store a total of 10 each. I've designed the blocks to print perfectly without any support in any orientation, with the use of some angled internal walls. The base and blocks are also optimized to use as little filament as possible whilst maintaining structural integrity and aesthetics. I've used 3DExpress Galaxy Black and Smith3D Matte White filament for the blocks and Kexcelled Matte Ash Purple and Olive Green for the bases in the pictures above.

I hope that you enjoy this little design, and I will be working on more sizes of both the blocks and bases whenever I have the time to do so.

Cheers!

- K
