New Year Dragon Carve Snack Box

In Chinese New Year, people always serve the guests different snacks - candies, nuts, dried seeds and fruits when they come for a visit in a ‘Box of Wholeness’ (全盒)

Therefore I created this snack box with retro dragon carve style for CNY. It is gonna impress the guest!

It is scaled for X1C/P1/A1 bed size but you can as well resize it to match A1 Mini. But then you will have to adjust the layer height filament change accordingly.

Used Esun PLA+ for the red and black plus generic gold silk for the lid. 3 walls, 10% gyroid infill. Great model and very pleased with the results.

Incredible print, beautiful when finished. If I had to do it over again, I would make the text a third color to help it stand out, but it is beautiful here in red and gold.

This came out beautifully. It worried me because it printed right to the edges of the print plate, it is huge, but it came out perfect. Everyone who sees it is impressed. We have it on our living room table filled with sweets for guests.

This looks like a great model, but the top/cover seems to be missing from the 3MF file, please can you double check the uploaded 3MF file is ok? Thanks.

There are two individual print profiles for the lid and the box. I separated them so that the colour changes according to different layer height would work for only the lid.

very nice box, but it printed over the extrusion marks. Box could be a bit smaller.

pull them off before it prints over them. that's what I did.
