Other Issues:Has potential but the clearances aren't right and the brims/supports come out a mess. Couldn't get it to spring open on its own due to excess friction.
Hello, many people have printed it, I personally have printed several but I have never had these problems and I have never heard of anyone with these problems.
Have you tried thoroughly removing all the supports, even those in the internal holes?
Note that all the ones I printed work as shown in the main GIF
I cleaned up all the supports and brims but it took a lot of force to assemble and then pushing the button requires significant force and it won't spring back to the closed position without additional significant force. I think if you open up the tolerance on the sliding surfaces, it'll work much better. if you're making changes, you probably only need the brim on the spring. with a little more depth on the magnet holes, those probably don't need supports. it's not much time or material but difficult cleanup.
