Scaled up cross section of a 6mm Bench Rest Ackley Improved (BRA) cartridge with 105 Berger Hybrid bullet.

Print and glue together to show the anatomy of a cartridge!

This was sized to be as tall as possible on the PIP/X1C. Scale down if desired. The complete model is 631% of actual scale. Dimensions are not exact but are very close. You may need to adjust your printer settings to allow you to print the full 255mm height.

I included a Powder Charge file without the 1st/2nd/3rd markings in the Raw Model Files Section

I am glad to have found this template. I think it's totally great. I printed it and it worked without any problems. I changed the lettering a bit for my purposes after consulting the designer. Thanks to AngelicAnarchy for this making!

Hi, Gold is PLA CC3D silk gold copper is PLA CC3D copper rest is normal PLA you grey,white and green. Powder Charge file without the 1st/2nd/3rd markings in the Raw Model Files Section. Then i put the new Letters in with bambu studio.
