can you put them untop of each other ?

Sure. As long one of the dimensions (length or width) is the same it will go without any issue. The Box has on the bottom an offset exactly the size of the hole on the top, and it is rounded so it falls in easily and it should not tilt to fall in each other if the second dimension is not the same. As written i can provide more example boxes with print profiles. Otherwise full variability is optional in OnShape
