I ordered a Panda Knomi for “Bambu Lab A1”. I had the inspiration for this model after I downloaded Lee_98 model Panda Knomi X轴电机盖 and was confused because it didn't fit on my A1 Mini. Turns out the model was for the A1, not A1 Mini and there was no cover for the A1 Mini yet. I don't want to shake the extra weight around on the extruder, so I developed this model.
I wrote to BIGTREETECH and pointed out that a model for the Bambu Lab A1 mini was missing. A few days later, one was made available on GitHub. Mine is better though.

Assembly
Set up your Panda Knomi first. See also https://bttwiki.com/PandaKnomi.html
Whatever you do: DO NOT touch the host name when setting it up and leave it set to ‘PandaKnomi.local’. If you change the host name, you will brick the Panda Knomi (firmware version v1.0.2) and have to erase the ESP32 and reflash the firmware. A reset with the boot button will not work.
Place Panda Knomi, screen down, in the new X motor cover. Don't forget to peel the protective film off the screen first.
Install the cable: the plug into the Knomi, and the cable through the cable guide. Make a small loop through which the tensioning arm can be guided.
Place the tensioning arm (the part that looks like a T) over the Knomi, in the recesses. The spacers face downwards.
Screw a bolt M3*6 or M3*8 into each side of the tensioning arm. A washer is not necessary, nor is much torque.
Apply force from below the X axis motor cover front lid to remove it. If anything fails, you can use the bed scraper. Just jam it in the gap between the cover and the housing and pry it open.
Cover removed.
Install the new cover with the Panda Knomi. Just clip it on.
The cable is attached to the cable guide of the X axis with cable ties.
Plugged the cable into the front or free AMS port.
