Description

This is version 03 and 02 of the PTFE Quick Connector.

Changes in Version 03 based on feedbacks:
1) Improved PTFE tube detachment force by changing the clip design to screw/thread design.
(However this is slightly more difficult to attach the tubing. User need to screw the tube into the connector).

Changes in Version 02
1) Optimise the attachment to AMS Lite - now should be easier to remove and attached to AMS even with 1 hand.

2) New springs that after pressed into the clamp, won't easily detached. (But need to press hard to go in).

3) Easier PTFE tube insertion into the clamp assembly.

A PTFE Quick Connector for your AMS Lite and also to my DIY Dryer Box.
For those who connecting using PTFE tube between AMS Lite and Drybox / Dryer.
To easy the filament loading to AMS Lite or directly to printer, often we need to connect and disconnect PTFE adaptor on the Dryer or AMS Lite (only if you are using).
Most design out there are using PC4-M10 or PC4-M6 connector and it will eventually cut the PTFE tube due to frequence of the connecting/disconnecting for filament loading/unloading.
Objective here is to prevent PTFE damaged by PC4-M10/M6 connector using 3D Printed Quick Connector.

Here is the idea, a quick PTFE connector with a robust locking to AMS Lite can be fully printed out from your printer using PETG (PLA is possible but spring may as lasting as PETG).
